Fleur Wallace

Fleur was amazing, super friendly and helpful. She showed me around the whole house personally at the open home and even sent me pictures during one of the viewings that I was unable to attend after i asked her. Really grateful that Fleur was the agent at the property that I ended up purchasing.

Fleur kept us fully informed during the process of selling. After 40 years this was a huge step for us,but due to a change in cicumstances had to be done. Fleur was very understanding and supportive during the journey. She was very professional always and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

I would highly recommend using Fluer to sell your next property. Fluer was awesome to work with, I felt like she was completely invested in getting my place sold. She was always available to chat to and worked tirelessly to track down potential buyers. She is also lovely, totally trustworthy and very well presented. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She literally rolled up her sleeves to help me move furniture! She was able to sell my property for a good price even though the market was in a down turn & rapidly declining. I would highly recommend her.

Fleur was absolutely wonderful to deal with! As first home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process, even six months in. But Fleur was the most transparent and informative agent. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, and even understood our young family bedtime routine - which was a plus! We wish we had her onboard sooner! But are so thankful with how it turned out, the timing for our home felt so easy and enjoyable. We were lucky enough to buy the perfect home, especially with a huge thanks to Fleur. Thank you so much Fleur, you have made this process entirely seamless and friendly!! You were an absolute dream to deal with. We still can't believe it :) Wishing you all the best for future sales

Had good market knowledge. Did a great job with the photos and advertising. In a difficult market she worked hard to find a buy. Didn’t get what I wanted. But got the best the market could do at this time.

Good negotiating and very patient.
