It was a pleasure to work with Fleur during the sale of our home. Fleur showed great professionalism and when the going got tough her tenacious attitude shone. She helped in every way.

We listed our house with Fleur as bought our new home through her conditional on its sale. She was really helpful getting it ready for sale, including loaning us some of her personal styling items throughout the listing process through to ironing the bedspreads before the real estate photos. It was an emotional sale for us and we felt pretty well supported by Fleur amidst the uncertainties of a sale process, but were pleased to have a successful sale at a price we were happy with via a competitive auction that was brought forward by a week. Would recommend.

Fleur was great to deal with during the whole process - from open homes to auction to settlement. Any questions I had were responded to promptly and made buying my first home a breeze. Between Fleur and the vendor I couldn't have asked for a better experiance.

Fleur is a very good communicator and excellent at her profession, she sold our property for us with the minimum stress, and sorted our new house purchase just as easily. We will certainly recommend her in the future.

Fleur was amazing from the moment we decided to put our home on the market till it sold. She is an excellent communicator and kept us up to date via email and text throughout the whole process. Any queries we had, she responded quickly and accurately and was genuinely keen for us to get the best experience of selling that we possibly could. She really went the extra mile helping us present our home to sell. Her market knowledge and knowledge of the area was top notch. The open homes and viewings were extremely well attended and we ended up bringing our sale date forward as several people were keen to place offers. We were thrilled with the amount of offers presented and were delighted with the very competitive offer we accepted.

Fleur was mostly available immediately or at short notice. She was very efficient at giving us updates and feedback and had a good grasp of activity relating to our property. She also has a pleasant personality.
