From the time we sat down and spoke with Espee, until the house was sold, we just felt so confident in her ability to deliver and deliver she did!! We had struggled to have any success under another agent and didn’t see a clear strategy until we met with Espee. We shared with her our expectations and she was able to exceed them! We had a plaster cladded home, there was no evidence of moisture or leaking, however, it was challenging to sell due to the stigma that comes along with plaster homes.
