I had two opportunities trying to purchase a property from Deni. From my experience I believe Deni is a trustworthy agent. I believe he told me everything he knows about the property and he is very patient to answer all my questions. I didn't get the first property due to my hesitancy at the time. Then I bought the second one in the same building from Deni when I was travelling overseas after hunting in Queenstown property market for nearly 2 years. It was not convenient for me to make the payment of 10% deposit from overseas. Thank Deni for his Communicating and liaising with the owner to allow me paying the 10% deposit in split amounts and being able to pay a bit later. I believe I made the right decision this time. He clearly was up to date with market prices for Units in Queenstown. He kept me fully informed throughout our selling journey, & was most pleasant to deal with.

Deni and the team were awesome from the first open home we came too, until the day of settlement. Communication was on point, clear and precise, straight to the point with no over the top sales jargon. We both really felt it had a personal touch and anything that we asked had a answer and if Deni and the team didn’t know, they would get back to us asap, even during pickup / drop off of the kids at school. Multi tasking at its finest. You really made this a memorable experience. We had an issue on the day of settlement and Deni went above and beyond and rectified the issue, none of this “who are you again” carry on.
