David first made contact with us some eight years ago, when my husband was still alive, and over those years he has remained a constant, patient and trusted presence. When the time eventually came for me to sell my home, I could not have asked for a more committed agent. It was not an easy time to sell, and there were deals along the way that fell over. David never lost his patience, his optimism or his determination to achieve the best possible result for me. He understood the market, gave sound and realistic advice, and ultimately achieved a price that exceeded what the market might reasonably have been expected to deliver. When the final deal itself threatened to fall over, David worked tirelessly to keep it together and bring the sale across the line. I always felt that he was genuinely invested in achieving the right outcome for me, rather than simply making a sale. What I value most, however, is David’s constancy. From that first contact eight years ago through to the successful sale of my home, he has never stopped being available, patient and encouraging. At a stage in my life when being able to move forward was particularly important, David helped make that possible. I am enormously grateful for everything he did and would recommend him without hesitation.

Overall, the process was consistent and smooth, even in an oversupplied market. The team was highly capable and effective.
