Friendly and fully understood my situation, was very knowlegable about the area and so was I so I knew he had done his homework. He was very helpful in recommending a builder for my report and solicitor, it can be overwhelming for a single person to go through this process on their own so Dan made it so much easier for me it was great. Buying your first home shouldn't be a stressful and unhappy time and because of Dan's excellent service it was the complete opposite for me. I have spent months trying to find the right property and at one viewing I was very interested but the agent didn't give me the right information and didn't really ask me anything about my situation and what I was looking for. It's good to see your company really cares well done.
