Friendly and fully understood my situation, was very knowlegable about the area and so was I so I knew he had done his homework. He was very helpful in recommending a builder for my report and solicitor, it can be overwhelming for a single person to go through this process on their own so Dan made it so much easier for me it was great. Buying your first home shouldn't be a stressful and unhappy time and because of Dan's excellent service it was the complete opposite for me. I have spent months trying to find the right property and at one viewing I was very interested but the agent didn't give me the right information and didn't really ask me anything about my situation and what I was looking for. It's good to see your company really cares well done.

Dan Ferguson is an excellent agent. He is superb, energetic and fantastic to work with. He has made the process of selling my property so easy that I cannot find words to say thanks to him. From the day of appraisal of my property to the settlement, he did a fantastic job. My property needed some work to make it ready for the market and I had no time and contacts to do the various jobs required. Dan has very good contacts with the people to do various jobs such as painting, carpeting, repairs etc. I did not have to worry about anything. He arranged everything for me and in a short period, he presented my house to the market. Dan was very helpful during the sale. He communicated promptly and did his best for both the buyer and the seller. Was always available to meet when it suited the buyer, providing great flexibility during the house buying process. Also offered a thank you gift and was ever ready to help with the property post-sale, which was a nice touch.
