I’m Craig Peapell, and I’m passionate about helping people move forward with confidence. My approach is simple: I listen, I plan, and I deliver. Real estate is about more than just property — it’s about people, their goals, and the life they want to create.
Over my career, I’ve been fortunate to be ranked in the top 2% of salespeople nationwide and awarded Salesperson of the Year for the Hibiscus Coast. These achievements aren’t just numbers — they’re a reflection of the trust my clients place in me and the care I put into every sale.
I love what I do because I get to connect with people from all walks of life, understand their story, and be part of such an important milestone. My background includes management roles in Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands, as well as holding licenses across New Zealand, New South Wales, and Queensland, giving me a deep understanding of different markets and the ability to adapt strategies quickly.

Outside of sales, I have a trade background as a qualified bricklayer (NZQA), which helps me see the potential in properties and offer practical advice to buyers and sellers alike. I’m also proud to be an inventor on a granted real-estate-related NZ patent, reflecting my commitment to improving the way our industry works for everyone.
