I an overly negative market Team Cooling where confident that buyers would be there in our price range, and worked hard to bring the buyers and property together. I was impressed with the contact during the sales process and the volume of people coming through the open homes and other visits. The numbers exceeding all expectations. The decision to go with the market leader paid off. Staging was undertaken, and it made the place pop. Well worth doing. The marketing campaign appears to have worked given the volume of interest. The final sale price while at the lower end of our expectations, is reflective of the uncertainty of employment in the local market at that point in time. As such I am pleased with the outcome and feel a realistic price was achieved. Team Cooling did a great job.
