I was in a very difficult position having to sell my parents home to pay for their rest who accommodation. We have been very lucky with our property sale and purchase events. We are in good communication with the new owners for here and it is very warming for us to see a couple who we feel will fit in well with the neighbourhood. Our tenure here for the 28 years has been a wonderful time in our life. Looking back, it is over 18 months since we met up with Andy for the first purchase try at 15 Longitude. During this time we have been constantly updated on potential alternatives for our future housing needs. I worked for a large corporate in my professional career. For an event to be achieved, you always had to have a couple of “back up” plans as for some unexpected reason, more particularly a communication failure, things just didn’t happen as planned. Not so with Andy. His communication was always frequent, reliable and well meaning. Through our open home adventures, we came across Charlie, as like a “chip off the old block” !! was enjoyable to deal with.
