We have been very lucky with our property sale and purchase events. We are in good communication with the new owners for here and it is very warming for us to see a couple who we feel will fit in well with the neighbourhood. Our tenure here for the 28 years has been a wonderful time in our life. Looking back, it is over 18 months since we met up with Andy for the first purchase try at 15 Longitude. During this time we have been constantly updated on potential alternatives for our future housing needs. I worked for a large corporate in my professional career. For an event to be achieved, you always had to have a couple of “back up” plans as for some unexpected reason, more particularly a communication failure, things just didn’t happen as planned. The decision to go with the market leader paid off. Staging was undertaken, and it made the place pop. Well worth doing. The marketing campaign appears to have worked given the volume of interest. The final sale price while at the lower end of our expectations, is reflective of the uncertainty of employment in the local market at that point in time. As such I am pleased with the outcome and feel a realistic price was achieved. Team Cooling did a great job.
