Carol was not only professional, I find her a very caring person and responded to my needs

We interviewed 5 different agencies and Carol came out on top. She came and saw my house and then told me how it was for the market. Other agents came in with photos from google that were years old and told me what they could sell it for, because the houses in the area were selling for that price. Carol managed to get 2 contracts on my property. With the first buyer, I requested to carry on with the marketing because they offer a price and then find a way to try and reduce it. Within a week she had an unconditional offer which came into affect the moment they tried to change the contract. The house went to the second purchaser and I'm very grateful for the extra work she did to make it happen.

Carole is a lovely person first and foremost. Professional as anything, but also, deeply relatable and human. She did a LOT of follow up calls, digging, extra call backs for our place, her dilligence was appreciated. She was always on time, able to take calls, answer my questions and more then happy to take time to have a chat about any worries. For a task thats thought of as bloody stressful, a person like Carol was a blessing.

From the first viewing to the last item on my check list, Carol was there to chase, dig and find an answer for every query to make this experience easy to me (and I believe to the seller as well). She always found the time to be there in person or online when we had question or needed communication. Thank you very much for helping us make this purchase painless.

Carol made the buying process very seamless. She was realistic about the property and shared all the knowledge she had around its history. Her communication was excellent and always made time for us. She is super authentic and easy to talk to.
