Kelly was great as she lives and is involved in the local community so has extensive knowledge. She was always helpful especially in advising how to optimize interest in our property. She is non judgemental, friendly and respectful. She knows her role. Highly recommended. Thanks, Kelly

Kelly was very friendly, approachable and helpful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property we were looking to buy, as well as the auction process, which as first timers for an auction sale, was invaluable!

We interviewed a few local real estate agents for the sale of our Mother's lifestyle block, a place she had owned for nearly 40 years. It was sad to sell her home after she had passed, but neccessary due to ongoing care of a large property. Kelly understood what our family was going through and provided exceptional service. She guided us through a quick sale with a good price for the home, giving wonderful advice on how to prepare it for sale. Kelly was reliable and very easy to communicate with. We were completely happy with the result, and Mums property is now owned by a lovely family.

Tracy has great local knowledge and is professional with a manner that relates to all parties. I found her personable and committed to being the perfect mediator during the transaction. I Highly recommend her services.

I have no hesitation recommending Tracy to any future prospective vendor. She’s just a down to earth person. No unnecessary hassles she just got on with the job. Found her very respectful of all parties involved (leasee and tenants and ourselves). Professional hardworking and achieved a great outcome.

During a very stressful time of selling our property and purchasing the one she was selling Jules was excellent in her communication and reassurance in our position. It wasn't an easy sale for her or purchase for us, but she promised to do everything she could to make it happen and she delivered. We are delighted and would highly recommend Jules as your agent .

very professional in her dealings with us.

Mike came across as genuine and someone with integrity. We appreciated his clear and prompt communication throughout the whole process from our initial inquiries through to settlement. He was helpful but not pushy, and was happy to answer any questions we had along the way.

Excellent result achieved with 4 offers from first weekend of marketing which would have involved a lot of hard work and professionalism dealing with purchasers. Both Mike and Jono kept us informed every step of the way and pushed hard to make things happen within a tight timeline. Thoroughly recommend.
