After 60+ years and 5 generations through the house I came to to the realisation it was time to sell up the whanau homestead and begin a new chapter for our family story. Stephanie from the moment we meet, sold herself very well, and gave us an accurate appraisal (we had 3) From the moment she walked in to the house she had a buyer in mind (but she did not disclose this to us at that time) The house was sold b4 it went on the market, but still put up a for sale sign, which I asked her to remove. She did. She made an appointment, with the buyer, at a time that I told her that I could not attend, & she upset when I didn't arrive at the time wit h the keys. I also told her that we would be working on the property up to & including settlement day. I was at the property at 7am this morning, finishing off.. b4 hand over. Over all I felt that she had a buyer after the 1st inspection (& this sale was easy money for her)
