There were a few things in the paperwork that needed sorting — tenancy details, a few inconsistencies — and Steve just got onto it and sorted it without us having to push. Turned what could've been a stressful process into a pretty straightforward one. He knows the Wooing Tree/Cromwell market well too, which gave us confidence in the numbers.
