When i first saw the Cairnmuir Cres house i knew it was the one for me. Cara had previously shown me a house in the area that wasn't quite right, so i already knew her from that. I ended up spending several months looking for a new house and chose the Cairnmuir house in the end for its location, views, and size, even though it was quite a bit older than most of the other houses I had considered. I visited the house several times before making the decision to buy and Cara was always welcoming and respectful of my situation: I depended on the private sale of my own house, which took a lot longer than I expected. I relied a lot on Cara for her knowledge of house buying stages and processes. We touched base at least weekly for a long time. Cara didn't ever push me into doing anything I wasn't completely happy with and she explained the processes at each step of the way. I would completely trust Cara to assist me in real estate decisions if I ever have to make them again in the future.
