Hi we are Jon and Bernadette, lucky to found Ben Fidows as our agent for buying our First Home. Ben being our realstate agent from Professionals was nice and good to talk to. Even though he was working for the vendor he still gave us tips, help us to spoke to the vendor to tell about our situation. From the first viewing of the property to the final approval, he did great proving his genuine commitment to helping us to achieve our goal of homeownership. Yeah overall it was a nerve wracking experience and the most memorable to us. We are really lucky to have the right team with us and we're grateful that we met.

Catering to all our needs, culturally relatable, was never pushy, gave us the time and space that we needed to sort documents and was very understanding If we needed him, he was there Highly recommend him to anyone else buying in the future.
