I’ve worked with Barry for a couple of years now, and I genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough. He first marketed our property a few years ago before we decided to hold onto it and rent it out. When we decided to sell again, we enlisted Barry's expertise, and I'm so glad we did because what followed was a far more complex process than anyone expected, including significant repairs. Both myself and the other owner were located out of town, so we were completely reliant on him to manage everything on the ground, and he did exactly that. From organising trades and overseeing repairs to arranging cleaners and flagging things we didn’t even know needed attention, he took care of it all. Barry's communication was consistently excellent. He was responsive, proactive, and incredibly accommodating with time zones, always making time to speak, even when I was reaching out at odd hours from overseas. This wasn’t a straightforward sale, and the amount of time and effort he put in behind the scenes was significant. At every step, we felt supported and confident that everything was being handled properly. Barry is professional, reliable, and genuinely great to work with.
