We met Michael at an open home.. which we followed this house but miss out on it… Michael followed us through this with such kindness and honestly that I decided to list my house with him… every step of the way Michael was there for myself my daughter and granddaughter.. We met Michael to review the home we now own... the connection was instant. We have been trying to sell our property since Feb 2022. Our last agent wasn’t interested and was very hands off and disengaged. Just amazing. Having Michael as our agent to sell our property was the best decision we had made. He had exceptional communication skills and was very professional. He had great knowledge of the market. Our property was in the market for 2 days and we already had an offer before our first open home. This was the greatest new any vendor would expect. Such an honest likeable person, one of nicest I have had the pleasure of meeting. Michael arrived at our home several days later with a very professionally written appraisal which we were very happy with. At that stage we were not ready to sell but Michael kept in touch and we finally gave him the heads up to sell our home of 44 years. He gave his all for 2 weeks with open homes with just word of mouth as we were not ready to go to market. Finally we gave him the go ahead to go live so on the 16/08/2022 it hit the media. On Friday the 19/8 he had a private viewing with a lovely family whom wanted to put an offer in there and then. The offer was presented to us on Tuesday the 23/8 with Michael working his magic with the buyers we came to an agreement and accepted the offer. Great effort from Michael. The buyers kept in touch for the next week while Michael still worked for us and had another open home. The buyer was determined that this was going to be their first home buy. After the buyers spoke with their lawyer a few conditions were put in place, Michael work very hard with the buyers and for us in achieving this. On Friday the 1/09/2022 our home had new owners.
