Where to start? Michael is a real star. He goes above and beyond to help you sell your house. Whether that is educating buyers and sellers on how things work, advising on approaching your bank for pre-approval as a buyer, recommending tradies and helping deal with timing/logistics as a seller, offering use of his own trailer to get your house ready for sale, and even leaf blowing the property himself to get homes ready for a top-dollar market debut, he expends enough energy to power a small town. I don’t know where he gets it (lots of coffee maybe?) You’re never short of updates with him and I suspect if you were selling a house anywhere in New Zealand while on holiday in Timbuktu, he would find a way to get in touch with the latest updates. Very proactive and reassuring. He’s a genuinely personable bloke and really friendly. We had a long process to get to market due to unexpected maintenance needed to make the house as ideal to purchase as possible (new carpets, paint etc) , and throughout the work we needed to do, he was patient and made us genuinely feel he was looking out for us rather than looking to make yet another sale ASAP. He gave recommendations on tradies but never tried to convince us to go a different way that he preferred, simply presenting options and trusting our judgement. To be honest I wish he was a bit more bullish on things such as whether new carpet was a good idea (it was! But he didn’t push us hard on it) Michael has a really good understanding of local market conditions with insights into each individual property being sold around the neighbourhood. You can feel his excitement about the highlights of your property. Overall, Michael really helps turn a stressful process into a well oiled machine that makes you feel like you’re his only client. Of course, the real brains behind the operation are Andrea and Mariola but we must let Michael continue to think he’s the king of castle crescent 😉

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very first time I met Michael, we just clicked. Obviously, having another Michael in the room meant we were off to a great start 😂. We connected straight away over football, had plenty of laughs, and I could immediately tell he was genuine, knowledgeable and someone we could trust. When Tayla and I first viewed the property, I liked it enough that I brought my dad back because I thought, this could be the one. He kept us updated, communicated incredibly well and made what can be a stressful process feel easy. What really stood out was that Michael genuinely cared about us, not just selling a house. He regularly checked in, made sure Tayla was doing okay, and even made an effort with my family. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but it showed the kind of person he is. 10/10 from Tayla and me. We couldn't recommend Michael highly enough. If we're ever buying another property, he'll be the first person we call!

I would have to rate Michael Hinds 20/10. He is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with and was crucial in the sale of our investment property in central Wellington. Communication from the moment we engaged Michael and the Just Paterson Realty team was excellent. Prior to marketing our property Michael advised us to get a building report because of its monolithic cladding. The report showed some issues that needed attention and as we don’t live in Wellington, Michael became the primary project manager. He worked tirelessly with contractors to rectify these issues so we could market our property with integrity.
