We were invited to a meal earlier this year at a friend"s apartment in Oriental Bay. Michael came on board after a failed four-month long campaign with another agent. It took him just three weeks to present us with a multi-offer and deliver a cash offer above our asking price, despite a declining market. Throughout the campaign, Michael kept us fully up to date in a clear and meaningful way. He was always contactable. He's humourous, easy to talk to and really gets it.
