Being first time buyers, we knew it was always going to be stressful, but Michael made it so much easier. He had great knowledge of the suburb, and even offered to pick us up from the train station (gratefully accepted when it turned out to be raining on the day) so he could point out the key points of interest. There were a couple of unusual features that made the purchase a bit trickier, but he helped us i the process, was tireless at problem solving, always available, and really went the extra mile. We were really lucky to have him involved in the transaction!

I decided to make contact with him just before Christmas, never ever expecting him to reply until after Christmas and the New Year.
