Sharon and the Donnally team were excellent. Weekly communications of the traffic was great and informative. Sharon is a 'Pro' and also very friendly and positive putting us at ease with her knowledge and guidance. She had to go the extra mile or two to sell three other properties for ours to go through, and she did it! We thoroughly recommend this Baileys team!
From the moment we signed the agency agreement they were “onto it”. We had a signed contract within 30mins. Very good and friendly ongoing contact with regular updates, and when it got to the “sharp end” of completing the agreement they were excellent. It was a pleasure to deal with the whole team. Thanks so much!!
Made it all very easy and Sharon was a pleasure to deal with. On time and always available. Will definitely use Sharon again in any future property deals. Thanks
Sharon put us at ease straight away with her down to earth personality. Everything was completed in a professional and efficient manner. Would highly recommend Sharon and she was a pleasure to work with.
Great to work with, exceeded expectations with negotiations. Fully informed of every step. Highly recommended
Very good market knowledge & kept me in touch with people interested in making offers to purchase our prope
Sharon was the right person to have in the selling of my investment property. She listened to my opinions and ideas and made constructive & insightful suggestions. Her feedback and communication was prompt and regular.
Sharon Donnelly stopped at nothing to find us a suitable home. We had a tight budget and high hopes for the house that ticked all the boxes for our family. After a few close misses she got us an early viewing to a house that matched our needs, we are super excited to be moving in shortly. Sharons' knowledge of the local market is unmatched, she is warm and funny and gets the job done. It's been a rollercoaster, I'm glad she was the one running the show!
Amazing to work with Sharon & her team! The communication & professionalism was great & good to have someone who knows alot about Real Estate in my area. Thanks again Sharon, Kylie😊
Sharon and the team were onto it from day one, we achieved a fair price in a short time frame, top marks.
We had a really positive experience with Sharon when we bought in our new house through her here in Wanaka. It wasn’t a quick or easy purchase but Sharon was amazing in keeping us informed and guiding us through it, and in the end we were able to secure a wonderful house. We loved the fact that Sharon was always available, very personable, and nothing was too much trouble. . Thank you Sharon
Sharon has done a fantastic job of finding us a house. She understood what we wanted, and didn't waste time with properties that she knew would not be suitable. We really appreciate the effort that she put into our search.
