Sharon took us to view a lot of houses over a short period of time which was helpful in terms of deciding what we wanted and where we wanted to be. She and Jamie were friendly and professional , keeping us informed of developments and enabling the whole process to go smoothly. Thank you both very much.
Sharon Donnelly & her team were fantastic to work with. Clear communicators and efficient in keeping us up to date throughout the sale of our home.
Sharon, is always driven to get the job done whether you are a buyer or a seller. Her communications were excellent, she worked hard to help us achieve our desired outcomes. Highly recommend.
We worked with Jamie and he was very helpful and professional throughout. Would happily work with Team Donnelly again - looking forward to joining you in Wanaka soon!
Sharon and her team were very professional and got the job done without an hitch. Sharon is the best negotiator and does what she says she will do.
Sharon was very easy to deal with. She answered our questions promptly and was helpful guiding us through the Wanaka real estate market. Couldn't have asked for a smoother purchasing process. Thanks heaps!
We had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie when purchasing our new home and valued his professionalism. He was always available, quickly and efficiently answered any queries and made the act of purchasing a pleasant experience. He also took the time to show us a number of properties that we hadn't previously considered, which helped us immensely in making our decision. We've had bad experiences with real estate in the past, but this certainly wasn't one of those times! We can see why the Donnelly Property Team commands such a market share in Wanaka. Thanks Jamie and the team.
Thank you for your hard work on the sale of our home! Always great to deal with Sharon, professional, down to earth, and understanding.
Selling and purchasing with Sharon and Jamie was a very positive experience for us. Their teamwork was extremely effective, closely liaising with each other and the Bayley team to ‘seal the deal’. Sharon and Jamie were friendly, professional and knowledgeable in handling all aspects of both transactions, keeping us well informed. We appreciated the full commitment put in when selling our property, and ‘going that extra mile’. Many thanks Sharon and Jamie, and Woodrow who assisted - a great outcome!
I had such a great result with Scott, Jamie & the team with an offer on table prior to any marketing and after one viewing. These guys really know what they are doing and are able to work their database proactively. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks so much team!
We engaged Sharon to assist us with the sale of our property in Wanaka due to her reputation of getting this done. Sharon was super responsive and communicative throughout the process. We appreciated Sharon's honesty and upfront opinion. Thank you, Sharon, and Bayleys
I have worked with Sharon before, so I was confident from the start that she would work as hard again to bring me the results I wanted. Sharon is easy to be with through what can be a stressful process. She listens, is personable, realistic, trustworthy and highly professional. Sharon knows the Wanaka market intimately and has clear, straightforward communication skills. I reccomend her highly. Top agent.
