Working with Sharon was a wonderful experience her knowledge of the market and values is phenomenal and Sharon was nothing but upfront and honest which we really appreciated. Our buying and selling experience was nothing but positive and we particularly appreciated her tolerance of us when we looked at many houses together. Sharon has a wonderful team and we have no hesitation in recommending Sharon to anyone who is considering using her.
Sharon was friendly, approachable and we had a seamless and rewarding experience with the sale of our section. We would highly recommend this lovely lady.
Exceptional experience dealing with the Donnelly property team, professional service, helpful and made the transaction an enjoyable one. Would highly recommend Sharon, Jamie and her team for buying and selling.
Sharon is an approachable, warm hearted person, and this translates both directly and indirectly to her exceptional skills negotiaing home sales. The recent sale of our property at 270 Beacon Point Road Wānaka was a great example of this. Our vendor experience with market conditions in 2024 revealed how we required an agent who could think critically about handling contingencies which were preventing either buyer or vendor from concluding a sales agreement. In short, an agent needed to go the extra mile and work with interest as and when it occured - returning to it across time if necessary to bring a sale to fruition. Perserverance, tenancity, great listening and transparency are all descriptions we would apply to Sharon's approach throughout our property dealings, both with this sale and others she has negotiated for us We wholeheartedly recommend Sharon to you.
Sharon and her team were easy to deal with and the experience was very positive and straight forward.
Sharon was extremely efficient and pleasure to work with.
Re re-used Sharon and team again after selling another property a few years ago. Again great professionalism and got the house sold, however this time was a bit disappointed with the initial market evaluation and lack of communication around this.
We found Sharon to have an extremely wide and impressive knowledge of local market conditions and her to be very professional and supportive through her knowledge in that area. Communication was very good until at a late somewhat reduced/limited level when a Conditional Offer of our property was received, which was understandable given that similar Conditional Offer's received by the final purchasers of our property undergoing previously unforseen difficulties.
As purchasers not overly familiar with Wanaka, we found Sharon's local knowledge and experience very helpful, and appreciated her straight talking. She did a great job in helping us to achieve a successful outcome in a very short time frame, at a very busy time of the year.
Sharon has a great knowledge of the Wanaka market. She was always really approachable and totally professional at all times. Her communication to us was regular and clear. Sharon has a great team around her who were also great to deal with. We would thoroughly recommend Sharon to any prospective seller or buyer.
All the way through the process, Sharon kept us very well informed of what was happening. When there were issues to deal with, she got stuck in and helped to resolve them.
Sharon was outstanding and we are very pleased with the result!
