Sharon Donnelly

We had an exceptional experience purchasing a new home for my elderly mother through Jamie and Sharon. From our first meeting through to settlement day, they went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping us achieve our goals were second to none. This is our third time working with the Donnelly Property Team, both as buyers and sellers, and every experience has been outstanding. We have always felt valued, supported, and well-informed throughout the process, and once again, we are thrilled with the outcome. If you're looking for real estate agents who truly care about their clients and consistently deliver exceptional service, we highly recommend the Donnelly Property Team.

We have now had the pleasure of having Sharon and her team sell four properties for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. What we love most about Sharon is that she tells it like it is. There’s no fluff, no sugar-coating and no telling you what you want to hear — she calls a spade a spade. Her honesty and straight-up approach are incredibly refreshing, and we have always trusted that the advice she gives us is genuine and in our best interests. Her knowledge of the market is exceptional, and she has an amazing network of clients and buyers on her books. She knows what is happening in the market, understands how to position a property and, most importantly, knows how to get the best result. What has really stood out to us is that her advice hasn’t stopped at simply selling our houses. She has also given us valuable, honest advice and ideas around our future property investments, which we really appreciate. On top of all of that, she is just a great person to deal with — professional, knowledgeable, straight-talking and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for her clients.

Sharon has an excellent knowledge of the Wanaka market due to her experience in the local market, her communication style is direct and to the point. Her direct and friendly approach made the negotiation process quick and successful.

"Bringing impeccable market intuition and a calm, collected approach, they seamlessly matched us with the perfect buyers to deliver a fair result in an impressively short timeframe."
