Second time we have worked with Jayden. He works hard. Great on communications. Sound advice. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Possibly not the exact result we wanted but not due to the agent's approach or application.

We'd heard about Jayden from friends and our own real estate agent had recently moved to another role so we were keen to try Jayden out. We were not disappointed. Open, honest communication, transparent on their offering and a realist about marketing, price point and what to expect in terms of approach to selling and the current market. The place sold quite quickly, we were happy with the offer, and conditions. Jayden kept us updated and informed all the way through, be it via phone, messenger or email. He is backed by a good team who take care of the admin aspects while he fronts the clients and does what he does best... sells. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Jayden to people in the market to sell their home, who want a good operator and a partner to work along side you.

Communication was clear and helpful. Jayden nipped any potential problems in the bud and worked hard to get a great price. Jayden knows the local tradespeople well and was able to help arrange anything we needed to get the house ready to sell.
