When she thought there might be an issue with something, she actually drove around to the neighbours herself to talk to them and find out what was going on. That’s the sort of thing that really shows how committed she is to her clients. We always felt that she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, while also keeping things positive and respectful with the buyers. She was incredibly approachable, reassuring and hardworking throughout. Annette is a real expert at what she does, and we felt very lucky to have her looking after us.
