Her experience in the market was evident displayed in her knowledge of the area through to her guidance and professional advice throughout the whole process. From marketing to open homes, Alena has an awesome eye for detail ensuring the house was at its best for photo shoots and open homes. She would arrive early to the open home to give the house the once over and make recommendations if anything needed adjusting. Her lucky elephants are indeed 'lucky'. She regularly kept in contact letting us know how things were progressing every step of the way. We thought we had chosen an agent until we went along to an open home and met Dean and Alena we knew right away we wanted them to be our agents, they were friendly, engaging, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Dean was great at gathering the details and information for the purchase of our section getting answers for all of our questions along the way. The process of selling our home was fast and easy for us, we fully trusted Dean and Alena with the sale and if ever we were feeling unsure they were always quick to reassure us taking away any stress we may of felt.
