There are three essential qualities you need in a Real Estate Agent; Integrity, knowledge of the legal aspects of real estate sale and purchase, and communication skills. In each of these areas Alastair excels. His integrity is beyond question. Alastair always had one eye on the legal aspects of the sale, and ensured that small and large potential issues were addressed before they became a problem. If he saw even a minor point which might be problematic at settlement time, he was on to it. Everything had to be done by-the-book. We trusted him completely, and took all his advice.
