I found Ailsa and her team to be extremely professional and pleasant to work with. She and Chelsea set out very clearly the methods they envisaged regarding advertising and showing my home and were in constant contact over the time of the sales process. In my opinion they went well beyond what one would normally expect from agents, including staging the bedrooms with attractive pillows, quilts and rugs, spending hours clarifying points with the local council and then rallying buyers to participate in the auction in an extremely short time period. Over two open homes before lockdown they attracted over 50 groups to view the property and then achieved a price well beyond my expectations, all in a matter of three weeks. I have bought and sold a few houses before and can honestly say that they are by far the best salespersons that I have ever come across.
