Ailsa really has been such a pleasure to work with. It's clear that she is looking out for the best interests of her vendor, but does this whilst being extremely accommodating and helpful to the purchase (me!). I've often found vendor's agents to be quite difficult as they're there for the vendor only, but I just never got that sense from Ailsa.
