Geraldine brought her deep knowledge of the local market and brought buyer and seller together effortlessly.

Geraldine helped us and gave us good advice from beginning to end. From having a good gauge on whether it was a good time to put on the market, through to final sale, Geraldine guided us through what can often be an intense time of marketing and selling a house with minimal stress. Her professional knowledge is superb. And her regular communication with us of what was happening at each stage was reassuring and clear. Geraldine guided and informed but did not push. We were very grateful for her steady hand, and expertise in her job.
