Great service initially from Jane with very prompt & excellent viewing, She was also very quick with sending through the relevant information as requested. Jane displayed a kind, professional and thoughtful manner in dealing with us. Faced wondering how their team approach worked, I quickly identified that I was sure to then hear from Anthony when it came to negotiations on price. I was correct. He made a compelling case on behalf of the vendor which should be expected from a good agent working for their client although from a purchaser perspective it came across quite pressured and in hindsight I would have preferred not to felt so rushed.
