Jane displayed a kind, professional and thoughtful manner in dealing with us. Faced wondering how their team approach worked, I quickly identified that I was sure to then hear from Anthony when it came to negotiations on price. I was correct. He made a compelling case on behalf of the vendor which should be expected from a good agent working for their client although from a purchaser perspective it came across quite pressured and in hindsight I would have preferred not to felt so rushed. I perceived that there was some lack of awareness around some Council consent issues with the conservatory. The lack of a plumbed in bath was not highlighted initially at the first open home with Jane but was openly discussed when I asked.
