We felt that as first home buyers that this was certainly taken advantage of, as every step of this process we are learning. With this in mind we felt as if Anthony took advantage of our lack of knowledge, resulting in us paying more for the property than initially intended. I also felt that many of the conversations that were had with Anthony, he applied pressure with reference to getting property checks completed etc. I'd receive multiple calls per day during stranded working days, thus feeling put out to communicate with him. Although understandably real estate is a competitive career. We as first time buyers have been left with a bad taste towards real estate. A true partnership. Anthony and Jane were a delight to work with - we first found Anthony whilst looking for homes - he always followed up and was professional when showing us properties. Unfortunately the house we ultimately bought was not one of his listings but when the time came to list our home I knew who I wanted. We understood that selling a home in a downward market was not ideal and Anthony put us in touch with vendors who could help us tidy up our property, we had it staged and Anthony kept our expectations realistic while also seeing the Value of our property. We had an offer above after a few days on the market -it was conditional on them selling their property and we were willing to wait and work with the buyers. Anthony did not stop marketing our property even after we had a signed contract and he brought us another offer which in the end did not work out. Throughout the negotiations we discussed pro’s and con’s we were comfortable with the entire process and we would definitely work with Anthony and Jane again. They exceeded our expectations.

Right from the start, Anthony and his team were active, highly professional and personally respectful in their approach. They shared their careful analysis of our property and its value in relation to others in the area. The entire sale process was completed successfully, and an unconditional sale achieved within 3 weeks of its start! In all, our house sale, at a time of market uncertainty, was highly successful.
