Charlotte and Katie recently sold our Papamoa home allowing us to move on to our next chapter. They were professional, helpful, approachable and dedicated to getting a swift and good sale result. We are grateful for their assistance and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell or purchase. Thank you!
Our 3rd time dealing with the lovely Charlotte and her team! Just the best!! Always going above and beyond. Her honest and genuine advice got us quick results. Wouldn't use anyone else!
Charlotte is so fast in communication, the deal is fast! The purchase was settled in just 5 days! Meeting all the conditions in the "purchase agreement".
Charlotte Gardner and her team truly live up to the 5 star google review, and to be honest, that how I found her. Living overseas, I needed someone that appreciated my circumstances and what I needed to achieve. Charlotte was organised, communicative and I never once had a concern. From watering of the plants and sweeping outside and casually suggesting perhaps the lawns may need a mow, I had absolute faith my interests were being met. It's a tough market at the moment and Charlotte certainly guided me through that uncertainty, with experience and intuition I will never forget.
Charlotte and her team made selling our property such a breeze with their expertise and knowledge of the local market. We were kept up to date and well informed of every step in the selling process. This was especially important as we live in a different part of the country. The whole team were accessible at all times and happy to answer any queries we had. The selling process was so very well organized and resulted in the sale of our house. We would definitely recommend Charlotte and her team to others if they were selling or looking to buy property in the area.
We were so happy with the whole process, from the first call about the property through to settlement day. Charlotte is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She made the process far less stressful than we anticipated. In addition, it is clear she has great contacts in the area as she was able to refer us on to an amazing property conveyancer.
Charlotte has the rare attributes of being very professional yet personable and intuitive . She clearly loves houses and markets your house to its personality creatively. She works very hard. Follows up on potential buyers and soon sort out the truely interested. I enjoyed having Charlotte sale our house even in these times when sailing isn’t as easy as have been. She will have the hard conversations. I felt grounded by her focus and professional manner. And truely trusted her. Highly recommend Charlotte.
Professional and fit for purpose approach. I was so impressed with purchase, I commissioned Charlotte to be my agent for sale of my existing property
This is the second property that I have purchased through Charlotte & I have really enjoyed working with her on both occasions. Charlotte is great to communicate with & has extensive knowledge of Mount Maunganui real estate. I look forward to working with her again in the future!
Charlotte was amazing, friendly, up front with what ever need attention, what I appreciated was how Charlotte had workmen available to attend those jobs immediately. I would recommend Charlotte and her team of EVES Real-estate, to any one.
We found Charlotte to be very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole sale and purchase process. She answered any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she made sure to find out and get back to us promptly. We asked for extra access to do some measuring etc and nothing was ever a problem. We would totally recommend Charlotte, her down to earth ways, her knowledge of todays market, and overall how she made everything happen with ease.
This is the third property Charlotte has either sold to or for us and as usual she has been thoroughly professional. The most recent sale of our house at 9 Ventura Key was made at a difficult time because of the falling market but Charlotte negotiated what we thought was the best deal possible for which we are grateful.
