Our experience with our (almost) surprising house purchase was definitely made possible by Charlotte. Her clear, concise and efficient communication and flexibility in "making things work" made our project to move to Papamoa reality. Charlotte was a competent and effective center point between the parties. It is unbelievable that the entire project was done over email or phone conversations - handing over keys and receiving her warm welcome to the area all happened without even meeting. We felt safe and trusted Charlotte with the management of all affairs. Unfortunately we still have not been able to toast on the success with her - but that might happen eventually :-))
Charlotte was brilliant. I had been recommended her by several people so I knew she would be but she far exceeded all our needs. Communication was great, she was helpful with prepping the place and the presentation and she was cool calm and collected on auction day which was great for us. All in all, just fantastic.

She was ably assisted by her fellow agent Joeseph and they kept us up to date with all progress up to auction day. Where three family members of the estate had to be consulted through the process their patience and understanding of the situation was greatly appreciated. The auction price sold for was pretty much spot on to the appraisal they gave us which all parties were more than satisfied with. Initially found Charlotte informative & encouraging to put our offer to the vendor - but once our offer was accepted by the vendor we found her legalistic, unhelpful and too busy. It seemed more important to her to get a prompt sale over the line regardless of vendor or us as purchasers.
Charlotte was super easy to deal with, very quick in responding to any queries we had and just very friendly. Definitely deal with her again, although now that we got our dream home we most likely won’t need a real estate agent again until we’re empty nesters in about 25 years time 😏
