As first home buyers in an increasingly competitive market, purchasing our first home was a daunting task. Gavin was great to work with - honest, to the point and reliable. We would definitely work with Gavin again and would recommend him to any first home buyers. Greatly appreciated your help Gavin! Cheers.
Gav made sure our house hunting experience was enjoyable, keeping us focused and making sure we saw only those properties he knew would meet our requirements. We love our new place and couldn't have done it without Gav's advice and support.
We appreciated Gavin's help to co-ordinate tradespeople prior to coming on the market, it certainly helped to share the load and meant less for us to worry about! Gav and the team at Harcourt's totally delivered on Auction day, we felt very comfortable, and could see why they dominate the market in which they operate! Thanks for a great result.
Gavin promoted confidence in every aspect of the process, even when things didn't go as planned, so we placed our trust in Gavin's experience and he delivered the result we wanted, albeit taking a little longer than first planned. Thanks, Gavin. We have no hesitation in recommending Gavin to anyone looking for selling expertise of their most valued asset.
Gavin has given us world class service when selling our house. He was readily available, transparent at all times, accommodating and sensitive to our needs. Highly recommend him to any and everyone in the market!
Perfect service, extremely happy with both the purchase of the new house and the selling of the current property all within 3 weeks with a fabulous price for ours
Gavin is relaxed and easy to deal with. He knows his stuff but is also great at managing expectations, which is SO important when you’re selling or buying a property! He is a professional in his trade, and an absolute legend! A++
The service was Outstanding. We SOLD and PURCHASED on the same Auction day with Gavin no easy feat, it can only be explained as an uncontrolled roller coaster of emotions where thankfully all the stars aligned for us! This all came down to Gavin's professionalism and understanding of his clients needs, he was brilliant. Overall, we found Gavin very approachable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to ensure we stuck to our goals and was extremely patient with us throughout the process, thank you Gav we got there in the end :-) Also, we attended numerous open homes over the course of many months and we always found all Harcourts Open Homes were presented at an extremely high standard and the sales agents were impeccable! Very friendly & engaging, very warm and very knowledgeable.
We live in Northland and had the difficult job of listing my mums house from up there. Gavin was recommended to us and we literally entrusted him with the whole process . He was amazing. He was utterly professional and treated mum with respect and Went above and beyond our expectations of an agent, communicated with us regularly and achieved a seamless sale for mum. THANKYOU Gavin. You made it stress free and we so appreciate that. We happily recommend Gavin’s services . You won’t regret it .
