Selling your home made easy! Gavin and Team did a great job. I can't fault the process in any way and I would like to thank everyone involved, this includes: Top Agent Gavin F., Holly W., Claudine W., Annemarie J., Leanne B., Tony F. and everyone else involved in the process who are not mentioned here but were great contributors working in the back-ground. The entire team are great professionals, they know what they do very well and any interactions with the seller are kept to the point, informative and minimal in a sense of a no hassle process for the seller. I can highly recommend using the service of Team Harcourts Paremata and would use their service again for sure! Again... many, many thanks!

It was fruitful working with Harcourts in the current tough housing market. After going to open homes, putting offers and going to auction for few months with no success, we were lucky to meet Holly and Gavin who were very welling to help us toward our first home. It took Holly to show us two properties to find us the place that ticks all boxes and within the budget. Holly went above and beyond to find and provide all the information we and our lawyer asked for promptly. Holly helped us in every aspect form the day she found us a place to call home till the settlement date and even after we got the key we called her couple of times asking for some information and as her usual she didn’t hesitate to help us. We really enjoyed working with Harcourts and we highly recommend them.

It has been great working alongside Gavin from start to finish. Selling a property is stressful for most but with Gavin’s proactive approach, sound advice and encouragement along the way to trust him and the system has made the selling of my property a great experience. Thanks so much Gavin for your hard work.

We met Gavin when we were looking to buy our first property. I remember as a buyer, we thought Gavin did a great job at building the desire to live in the property, as well as talk to us about the future opportunity and how it would satisfy our family and build our wealth. When it came time to putting an offer in, we absolutely thought it was important to put our best offer forward otherwise we would miss out - this is one of the reasons we wanted to use Gavin, and he did not disappoint.... We just sold that property (3 and a half years later), while we did put quite a bit of work into the house, I believe Gavin's ability to get the best price was a huge factor - we sold for over double of what we bought - and there were multiple offers close to what was accepted! He was great to deal with as my wife and I had left Wellington in a rush and he had to take care of a few of the final bits and pieces, so he really did work for us and made life easier. After the experience with Gavin my family is much better off and I would recommend anyone looking to get the best price for their house to talk to Gavin. In a nutshell... other real estate agents mentioned we should expect around $120K less than we received... and we received multiple offers close to what we sold for....

Harcourts and particularly Gavin Faulke not only provided great advice but also explained why. This covered diverse subjects like what to do within the house to present it in the best way to why the auction process was held off-site.

Opps this was wrongly sent to you, this was a comment I gave to another Harcourts company for buying a property in Tauranga end of last year. Hehe. But in Whitby you did a very good job, responsive, good advice and a good quick smooth sale. Full marks and thanks

Gavin and Holly from Harcourts were available, affable, helpful and honest throughout my recent purchasing process. I'd seen around 60 houses in 3 months, and dealt with pretty much every real estate agent - Harcourts was leagues ahead in my opinion.

Great service, helpful at auction and supportive throughout the process. Would buy and sell with in the future

Team Faulke (Gavin Faulke, Holly Williams and their back up administrator) looked after us very well. Everything just happened as they said it would, and when they said they would do it. That takes great organisation. Communication was great too.

This sale was an emotional experience for me. Gavin and his team were sensitive and professional. They gave me a sense of peace and trust throughout the experience. We had a great result. I would recommend the team.

Excellent advice, easy to deal with and just about always available to chat. Been over a year trying to find the right place, and Gavin made buying our new home really easy.

Gavin provided a good range of information to assist in the purchase and arranging assistance for me at the auction.
