Gavin was an absolute superstar to deal with! Given that we were in Auckland, it was imperative to have someone who could handle everything for us from WLG. We had regular updates and the process was well explained up until auction day. Needless to say the marketing campaign was such a success that we got a premium paid above our expectations. Well done Gavin and team!
Got us a great price and worked really hard for the whole campaign, would definitely use again
Gavin was instrumental in the purchase of my first home. He worked with me over the year, showing me potential properties and providing advice on the purchase process and price expectations. He was always prompt to respond to any enquiries and encouraged me to keep looking for an appropriate property. I would highly recommend Gavin to any prospective buyer or seller.
We’ve already highly recommended Harcourts to our friends. We’ve also been touched with other agency, such as Raywhite and Professional, Harcourts is always the best, from docs to final inspection. A big thank you to Holly Williams.
Holly was exceptionally helpful, professional, pleasant, accommodating and a joy to deal with. I had previously dealt with her & Gavin (and Gavin to some extent during the event of purchasing my current property) - I think they are both an awesome team and formidable force. I also really appreciate the thoughtful sentiments (ie. happy birthday & happy new year etc) after the fact :)
We had Gavin Faulke for the agent of our first sale. He was absolutely professional, incredibly pragmatic and helpful, nothing was a problem, great clear concise communicator - absolutely no fluff or emotional wordiness. And he did an amazing job and scored a brilliant sale. Possibly one of your very best agents. This was our first house sale. We chose Gavin because of his highly professional approach and his ability to communicate clearly and concisely about the types of sale processes available to us in regards to suiting our expectations. Throughout the process Gavin was excellent at keeping us informed and supporting us to complete legalities and timelines. His feedback on the progress of open homes and possibly buyers feedback kept us up to date regularly. On auction day, I truly believe that Gavin's professional and warm approach was highly supportive to our buyers confidence and to the great outcome we got. I do not think anyone could have done a better job. A great working relationship was established between Gavin and my husband and I. I think Gavin has got to be one of the best out there.
I have used Gavin a few times now with selling and buying, he really knows is stuff, is easy to deal with and really goes the extra mile for his clients. He communicates regularly and keeps the whole process very clear and honest. Great to deal with and will us him again in the future.
This experience was Easy Breezy! no stress and great advice were at the forefront of a fantastic end result. Thank you Gavin for your wealth of knowledge in the industry, and your up-front and down to earth approach.
Gav and his team were fantastic and professional. Not only did he provide expert knowledge of the current market, he offered advice from years of experience of what to invest in for the long-term. Our game plan changed once we started house hunting thanks to his advice and the range of houses Holly in his team showed us which stretched our thinking. Thanks to Gavin we found our dream home for our first home!
Gavin was on to it, friendly, capable and discussed everything with us and kept us fully informed. We felt his advice was always sound and as vendors we were able to trust in his expertise. He met all our expectations for marketing the property successfully with a swift and satisfactory result. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in future.
Gavin took the stress out of selling our home by understanding the market and detailing to us a marketing plan that would suit our property. The house sold ahead of auction and achieved a record price in our sub division.
