Amanda and I had the pleasure of dealing with Alice briefly a couple times when searching for our first home. When the time came to sell it, we knew exactly who we wanted as our agent! I contacted her via email directly to setup an initial consultation, and within 24 hours we had everything planned out over a cup of coffee at our place. To wrap things up efficiently, everything was signed digitally and flowed through that very same night, going unconditional on both properties.
