From the beginning the team were very helpful in clarifying the terms and conditions used in the marketing and sales process. Kaitlyn was working away in the background on the paperwork required for my lawyer to continue our sales package. Aaron was always prompt with communications keeping me in the loop with how everything was going. One part of selling this time was the fact that it was a deceased estate with the added complexity of having a close family member also interested in the property - both Alice and Aaron kept me updated with industry norms to ensure fair options for all the family.
