The whole sale process and all that it entails, was made easy and well explained by Alice. Our concerns and doubts, were answered and delt with in a timely and professional manner without anything becoming overwhelming and complicated. Our situation made it so that Alice had full access and care of our house in our absence. She diligently made sure that that the upkeep of the yard, and lawns were taken care of, and the house was in a good presentable order for whenever she felt the need to show clients around, or to do what she wanted in regard to timings, and open homes. At no stage did we have any concerns that out home was in any way neglected, or would not be in a high degree of readiness for the prospective new owners. Alice, and her partner were great to deal with and the result was outstanding given the circumstances we were faced with. Amanda and I had the pleasure of dealing with Alice briefly a couple times when searching for our first home. When the time came to sell it, we knew exactly who we wanted as our agent! I contacted her via email directly to setup an initial consultation, and within 24 hours we had everything planned out over a cup of coffee at our place.
