The whole sale process and all that it entails, was made easy and well explained by Alice. Our concerns and doubts, were answered and delt with in a timely and professional manner without anything becoming overwhelming and complicated. Our situation made it so that Alice had full access and care of our house in our absence. She diligently made sure that that the upkeep of the yard, and lawns were taken care of, and the house was in a good presentable order for whenever she felt the need to show clients around, or to do what she wanted in regard to timings, and open homes. At no stage did we have any concerns that out home was in any way neglected, or would not be in a high degree of readiness for the prospective new owners. Alice, and her partner were great to deal with and the result was outstanding given the circumstances we were faced with. It was clear from the start that Alice is a very honest, direct person who does not try to convince you in any direction, rather she allows you to learn through her and come to the right decision yourself. I never felt pressured by Alice to buy this property, rather I felt I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision. We have delt with Alice and Aaron with both buying and selling properties for about 4-5 years. They explain everything in detail and answer any questions you have and really ensure you know what is happening throughout the whole process. Alice and Aaron where both in regular contact to update or just check in which was nice they were both always engaged with our property. This is my second time with Alice Pearson from Professionals Real Estate. Throughout the whole experience Alice was friendly, inviting, approachable, knowledgeable and just a genuine delight to liaise with. Alice made me feel like I was her most important client, always available and nothing was ever an issue. We had a few unforeseeable hiccups during the sale, (through no fault of Alice or Aaron) but they came up with fantastic solutions which I believe got us the best price for our property in the end.
