Comprehensive advice.
We got pre sales reviews from 3 different agents and Tracey’s stood out for how comprehensive and realistic her comparisons of 12 other properties was. The other agents appeared to over inflate the price to get the listing. The sale happened quickly and at the upper end of her estimation. Very reliable advice and quick to respond to questions.
