Adriana was very helpful & professional. I was remotely caring for my elderly great aunt from Warkworth & during the stressful covid lockdowns, the time had come for her to no longer live in her own home. I was unable to come down to Levin, as part of the Auckland area, we were in the Red of the traffic light system. Adriana found me a local reliable person to do the odd jobs needed before the house was ready to list. He also mowed the lawns & cleared the mail while the house was on the market. She also recommended Stagers, who did an amazing job presenting the house. Adriana went above & beyond with her support, organisation skills, knowledge of the local market, open homes, advertising etc. Thank you Adriana for making an already stressful situation, seem less stressful and for achieving a good result in an uncertain market.
