Adriana and the team at Wilton and Co went over and above to sell our property and we were very satisfied with the service they provided. Thank you Adriana for your perseverance, dedication, communication, and your positive attitude to get this over the line. We can't thank you enough :)

It took many months of hard work to bring about the sale of this house. Finally Adriana found a cash buyer and the sale went ahead. During this time she kept us fully informed and inspired us to keep our spirits in a positive mind set. If we need to relocate Adriana will be the first person we will call upon.

Adriana gave us an exceptional service going more than the traditional extra mile. She was determined to sell us the house which met our requirements. She kept us fully informed and nothing was too much trouble.

Tracey provided a realistic market appraisal and set a price guide that we were happy with and would generate as many buyers as possible for a beautiful but unique property. Tracey has a calmness when communicating and explained the advertising strategy well. She was also flexible when asked to change any aspect of the wording in the advertising. We received weekly updates even after an interested buyer came forward. During the contract phase Tracey kept us informed of the process and pointed out promptly any gaps in information or documentation. Thank you Tracey for your professionalism and support selling our property.

Tracey has been so helpful, from first inspection to settlement. She's always responsive to our queries, whether by text message, email or phone. She kindly arranged a private viewing for us (on a public holiday!) when we weren't available to attend one of the weekend open homes. She's also been really helpful with assisting us through the purchase offer process, as it's been twenty years since we last bought a house, so we were rather rusty! I'd definitely be comfortable buying via Tracey again.

From our first phone call to Haley letting her know we were interested in 177 Queen St and the communication between us from then on has been 10/10 and everything has gone smoothly. We are very pleased and relieved that to this point in the purchase it has all been handled very well. We look forward to the day we finalize the sale and move in. No doubt we will be communicating with Haley and Wilton Real estate during this time. Thankyou.

I had the house on the Market for 8 weeks with no offers at all. I engaged Adriana to sell the property, with a deferent marketing plan we had an offer with in 3 days that went unconditional with in 2 weeks. As i said its been a pleasure. Ivan
