He is a third-generation member of the firm’s sales team. The managing directors have over eighty years of experience between them. Mr. Knight is very pleasant to deal with and an excellent communicator. He is conscientious, hard-working, sensitive to the feelings and needs of both his clients and the buyers, and has a very good overview of the market. After a first visit with sales assistant Anna Derkach, he gave us a copy of his professional personal appraisal report - a top-quality booklet printed in colour and illustrated with her photographs. The eventual sale price was very close to the estimate in his appraisal. Advertising by his firm is free of charge, and their commission is lower than that of most other agents. He advertised our home in colour in The Press on Saturdays, in the Realtor Weekly Magazine, on three websites and in his own database, in order to alert investors and property management clients. Each week he changed the presentation on Trade Me and in The Realtor. Mr. Knight is a skilled photographer. His photos of the house's interior and exterior, together with his video, which included aerial shots from his drone to show its general location, accompanied his description of it on Trade Me and attracted 3,623 viewings.
