We decided to sell our rental property in Christchurch. We live in the North Island and could not easily be directly involved. We met with Gill on a short visit to see the place after the last tenants left. The marketing approach was agreed and the minor items that needed to be addressed were identified. Gill arranged for a staff member, Anna, to organise and oversee the contractors who did this work. The marketing went to plan and the sale effected very efficiently.
