Searching for a property when you are based in another city is not easy but having Thomas as your buyers agent is. He very quickly understood what we were looking for and selected an excellent range of properties that met the criteria. He was totally professional, had extensive market knowledge and was supportive throughout the process. He provided detailed sales stats and property assessment for us including rental returns. An excellent communicator who remained in constant contact- he was always available at all hours. Thomas went above and beyond in his help, from our initial frantic request to help find a property quickly, to picking us up and dropping us back to the airport with stops at multiple properties along the way. Thomas subsequently led the negotiations on the property we chose, with a contract to purchase quickly and cleanly. Would definitely recommend to others :)
