I found Guy to be an effective agent, using competence, honesty and integrity to build trust and make the sale. Even though he represented the Vendor, I really appreciated the opportunity to work with Guy, I've no doubt that he has a bright future in Real Estate if he continues to demonstrate these qualities and build relationships.

Off the bat Guy Was friendly and helpful and had a great attention to detail and showed his market knowledge and professionalism by getting everything done exactly as explained and attained a very quick sale with an excellent sale price.
